Internship life in Crafton
An internship at Crafton gives young graduates an excellent opportunity to work in a multicultural environment and get used to working with top Tier 1 companies worldwide. New graduates
In Crafton, not only do we work with students currently enrolled in an academic course, but we also welcome fresh graduates to join our team. Acquiring a short-term internship with us will help you gain experience in a leading UX/UI company and familiarize you with work in a corporate environment.
Internship program
We offer flexible internship programs in 3 major areas: Marketing, Sales, and UX/UI Design. Crafton's values focus on seeking innovation and uniqueness among young talents. The internship opportunity can exceed the three fields mentioned above, but it depends on your skill set, motivation, and initiative. The minimum Internship commitment period ranges from 2 to 3 months with a possibility of extension. Additionally, we provide students with an opportunity to work both remotely and on-site as both options are available.

Do you accept people from all nationalities?
Yes! Crafton has had interns from diverse cultural backgrounds. We love learning from different perspectives, and that is what makes our internship program a success.
What time of the year does Crafton hire interns?
We hire interns on a rolling basis.
What are the evaluation criteria at your company?
We consider language skills, communication, and previous work experience. If you have no work experience, we look into your extra-curricular activities. For UX/UI Positions, it is compulsory to have a portfolio, and applicants with work experience are given preference.
Can I receive an internship certificate after completing my training?
After the successful completion of your internship, you will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation.
How will I know if I wasn’t selected?
We try our best to inform each applicant about their application's outcome. However, if you don’t receive an email back from us within two weeks, please consider that on this occasion, your application was unsuccessful.
