regarding recruitment

  • What is the work culture at Crafton?

    Our office culture is very loose, and we trust each other, leaving no room for tension or misunderstandings. Typical chats or even design arguments take place on a friendly plane, resulting in a good atmosphere even during serious working arrangements. We are not afraid of conversations on the wildest topics, even during joint integrations.

  • What are the working hours at Crafton?

    Working hours with us are flexible; you can adjust them as you need. Most of our team starts between 7:00 and 10:00 (we have an 8-hour work day), so the office is open for your disposal from those morning hours. We thrive on internal trust, so we don’t waste time on tracking time or ‘tapping cards at the door while going in or out of the office. We value individuality and freedom while performing tasks, even for a large client. Although overtime is extremely rare, it is possible to collect it as part of an extra day off or to settle them together with your salary payment.

  • Can you work remotely?

    Remote work is not something extraordinary for us. If you need to work remotely, you certainly have the opportunity to do so, but we love the teamwork in our awesome office. We are well aware of the advantages of working together in person, including the personal development you get from working in person with our helpful team.

  • Is your company organising training courses for their employees?

    Yes, of course! The type and form of training depend on internal arrangements, plus you can also count on financing individual training. We strongly believe that you will learn the most from working with large clients and from the challenges that await you. In addition to this, you will never walk alone, experienced team members will certainly give you hints!

  • What are the stages of recruitment at Crafton?

    We want to meet the expectations of our candidates; therefore, we have standardized the main elements of the recruitment process. To start working with us, all you need to do is write us an email or fill out the application form, answer the questions, and attach your CV + portfolio. If we like what we see, we’ll come back to you with a short task to pre-evaluate your skill level. After this, we will invite you to our office, where we will personally get to know each other and discuss the terms of cooperation. Once all formalities are completed, we will receive your confirmation. All that remains at this point is a fist bump and getting to know the rest of the crew.

  • Does Crafton have an overtime policy?
