Club Med is a French-based company specializing in the organization of luxury, all-inclusive holidays for the most demanding clients from around the world. Founded in the 1950s by a group of Olympians, the company was created out of passion for free travel. Nowadays Club Med focuses on the aspects of comfort and luxury, but the company does not forget about the values that guided its founders: friendship, joy of life, closeness to nature, spontaneity, beauty and a world without borders.
All the websites that we have delivered for the Club Med, despite various technologies, are primarily intended to effectively implement the company's marketing objectives and thus contribute to the successive increase in the number of people taking the exclusive trips offered by the company.
One of the main challenges of the project was to identify the needs of both the company and its potential clients, who constitute a very demanding and individualized target group.
As part of our long-term cooperation, we also had to face the challenge of creating a websites’ user interfaces that would be equally attractive and user-friendly.
For each project we have carried an in-depth analysis of our client's business and marketing needs. Through the use of tools such as the SALESmanago system or the Hotjar, we have acquired behavioral and transactional data of existing Club Med clients, based on which we have prepared, among others, maps of user activity on various company websites.
Based on the obtained data, we have created user interface designs that correspond to the identified needs of Club Med and its clients. Thanks to this we could combine visual appeal with the best practices of User Experience.
The functionalities that we have introduced, such as intuitive navigation, interactive assistants or step-divided forms, contribute to the reduction of the bounce rate, while also positively influencing user experience.
Our work resulted in the creation dozens of user-friendly websites, which, thanks to their modern look&feel, emphasize the position of Club Med as global leader in all-inclusive holidays. The implementation of numerous functionalities (including lead generating forms and interactive wizards) strengthens the sales function of the websites, prompting the user to get acquainted with the company’s entire offer and perform requested call to action. Solutions developed on the basis of a in-depth analysis are characterized by high functionality, which translates into maximization of sales efficiency and an increase in the website conversion rate.
