Ergo Hestia is the largest insurance company in Poland, employing more than 3 700 consulting agents, who work across the entire country. The company’s offer covers every risk fields: car, house/flat, travels, health&life, business.
Our goal was to deliver an innovative platform, which would enable the company to have a permanent contact with their clients.
The social platform we designed was supposed to allow the clients to suggest their own ideas for improvements, to manage their personal accounts, or to participate in discussions.
We started the design process with a workshop for stakeholders and for potential users.
Then, we created a platform concept and an interactive wireframes.
Based on the functional project, we designed 50+ unique subpages templates and all required interactive elements.
The website was implemented responsively, using our own custom Crafton CMS, and fully adapted to project’s technical requirements.
Consequently, we designed and provided an intuitive and fully functional social platform. All of the registered users may boost their creativity and share their groundbreaking ideas related to the product offer, services or e.g. customer service processes and so on.
The growing community of Forum Idei share their opinions about the most fascinating ideas by spending invested points, invite their friends to vote and have discussions. As a part of our cooperation with Ergo Hestia we are still working on developing Forum Idei, as well as working on designing and implementing new functionalities for users.

Thanks to that, we have gradually strengthened Ergo Hestia’s image, as a company who's first priority is customers’ satisfaction at the highest level.
